Paramount Crystals are delicate flakes made of partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil combined with Soy lecithin. It is odorless and tasteless and does not change the smell and flavor of the product.
Used by pastry chefs to help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds or thin it or ease in dipping and coating. It also aids in the melting of carob, chocolate, or yogurt coatings.
Ingredients: Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Soy Lecithin.
Recommended Usage: 1 to 2 tbsp / pound of melted chocolate or carob or yogurt. Add a little at a time in the melting process, Stir.
