Perilla Seeds (Bhanjeera) are tiny, greyish aromatic seeds, cultivated in a fresh & natural
environment, in the Hills of Meghalaya, India, known to be rich in Omega 3 & Omega 6,
essential fatty acids and enhance well-being.
Roasted Seeds are aromatic and they have a delicious nutty flavor. Perilla seeds make
an excellent alternative to chia seeds & flax seeds.
Used as a spice and are also roasted and grinded to make a savoury dip/side dish or
chutney or are used in a salad. The seeds can also be mixed with rice and eaten raw.
Also makes a healthy tea.
Roasted seeds are used with the himalayan rock salt to form flavoured salt.
Perilla seed is good for strengthening energy, improving skin condition, aid digestion
and ease stomach issues.
