Used in canning and pickling, dissolves easily in a liquid, and make a clear brine. Also helps to preserve and bring out the flavor of your favorite pickles.
Don't substitute reduced-sodium salt or Iodized salt for pickling. Salt with iodine make pickles dark, and anti-caking ingredient in salt will turn pickling liquid cloudy.
Pickling salt can also be used in cooking, baking, marinating and brining.
