Pimento Leaf (Pimenta Doica), Dried

Pimento Leaves are leaves of the ‘Jamaican Allspice tree’, indigenous to the Caribbean Islands.

Used in Caribbean cuisine as a flavoring in stews, soups, sauces, smoking meats, and in Jamaican jerk seasoning. Great for Fish, Chicken and Beef Jerk Recipes, in Marinade, and on the Grills.
