Pizza Crust Mix

This whole grain Pizza Crust Mix, is specially designed for those sensitive to wheat or gluten. It is a very easy mix, just add yeast, to make a light, crispy, delicious pizza crust. Try adding a little basil, oregano, garlic, or finely chopped rosemary to the mix.
Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Millet Flour, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Flour, Cane Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Guar Gum.
Recipe: Preheat oven, Oil 2x12"or 1x16" Pan. Put 1lb mix in a bowl, mix in 1.5 cup water, 2 eggs, 2Tbs olive oil and 2.15tsp yeast until combined (will be stiky). Cover for 20 min dough to rise, place the dough in the pan, roll to fit the pan, bake 7 minutes. Add toppings/sauce, bake again for 15-18 min.
