Porcini-Cepes Mushrooms, Grade B

Grade B Porcini (Boletus edulis) is an
economical choice ideal for applications where
mushroom's flavor is more important than
their appearance. Dried Porcinis have a
powerfully earthy aroma matched by their full-
bodied, umami-rich flavor. Rehydrated Dried
Porcinis have a firm texture similar to fresh
Porcinis. Mushrooms are rehydrated (rinse &
soak in boiling water for 15-20 min) before
being add to a dish. It's rich flavor and
