Porcini Mushrooms, Grade AA

Grade AA Porcini (Boletus edulis) is one
of the highest grades of dried mushrooms,
highly regarded & incredibly popular gourmet
mushroom. Dried porcinis have a powerfully
earthy aroma matched by their full-bodied,
umami-rich and a rich, nutty aroma, meaty
flavor reminiscent of the wooded hillsides on
which they grow. Rehydrated porcinis are firmly
textured and almost smooth when bitten into.
Mushrooms are rehydrated (soak in boiling
water for 15-20 min) before being add to a dish.
