Potato Slices, Dehydrated

Dehydrated Potato Slices have a delicious flavor, use in any recipe to substitute fresh potato slice. Great to add in your soups, stews, casseroles, or fried to make a side dish.

To Hydrate: In a bowl add enough boiling hot water to cover the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.

Ingredients: Dehydrated potatoes, sodium sulfites (preservatives).
