Grilling Rub Seasoning

This is a great combination of spices, seasonings and herbs, to infuse flavor and texture to poultry in roasting & grilling Ingredients:
Sea salt, garlic, granulated cane juice, chili pepper, bay, cumin, paprika, rosemary, oregano, sage, thyme, cinnamon, allspice, black pepper, mace, coriander.

Recipe for Grilled Chicken using ‘Poultry Grilling Rub Seasoning’:
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Lightly brush grill with oil.
In a small bowl, mix 2tbsp ‘Poultry Grilling rub seasoning’ and 2tbsp olive oil. Add 3 chicken breasts in the bowl and toss to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap, and put it into the refrigerator. Take it out an hour (bring to a room temperature) prior to grilling. Place chicken on grill and grill each side until it is just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Brush with BBQ sauce of your choice and serve.
