This warms and aromatic blend of dried herbs and spices, add a savory, warm, earthy flavor, and slightly sweet and spicy note to poultry meat dishes like chicken, turkey and duck.
It also can be used to flavor stuffing, broths, gravies, and to enhance savory dishes like
soups, stews or casseroles. Add it to spice rubs and marinades, fish patties or used in
meatless meals to add warm, sweet spicy note.
Suggested Usage:
Use 1/2 to 2 tsp. to 4 cups bread cubes for stuffing for poultry

Sage, thyme, onion, black pepper, marjoram, celery seed, chili powder (may contain silicon di oxide)
Recipe for stuffing turkey with poultry seasoning:
In a saucepan melt 3/4 cup butter or margarine, cook 1 chopped onion and 4 stalks of chopped celery until soft, add 2tsp ‘poultry seasoning’, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Add the mixture in 1lb dried bread cubes/ pcs until evenly coated. Add 1 cup chicken / turkey broth, mix well. Stuff the cavity of the 10-12lb turkey until it forms a delicious mound. Tie the leg, cover with aluminum foil, bake in the oven at 325 °F. Baste the turkey every hour. Take off the aluminum foil once turkey temp reaches 140°F. Remove from the oven, place in a cutting board and let rest covered for 30 minutes. Remove the stuffing, carve the turkey and enjoy.
