This curly green and downy white leaf green tea locally known as "Monkey" tea, a slow growing, locally treasured tea bush in Fujian Province. Harvested before Ming Spring (Pre-Qing Ming) ceremonial celebration.
It is a sweet and smooth, strong tasting leaf tea, offer a deep, rich flavors and clean aroma.
To Make Tea: Add 1-2 tsp green tea into your teapot. Pour a cup of 80°C (180°F) water into the teapot, and steep for approximately 1-2minutes. (Leaves will steep multiple times). Strain and serve.
