This superb and delicate green tea is harvested
from the Tai-Mi mountain in the Fujian province
of China, gets its name from Old Word monkeys
covered in thick golden fur with a green tint.
Tea leaves are picked in early spring, has a
large number of white tips. When brewed, it
produces a bright yellow liquor with a distinct
sweet, lightly herbaceous, peppery and honey
top notes, and a clean, mellow aftertaste
To Make Tea: Add 1-2 tsp green tea into your teapot. Pour a cup of 80°C (180°F) water into the teapot, and steep for approximately 1-2minutes. (Leaves will steep multiple times). Strain and serve.
