Recipe to prepare beef steak with Quebec Steak Seasoning: Bring 2lb boneless beef steak ¾ inch thick at room temp, pat dry and keep aside. Make marinade by mixing 1/2cup olive oil, 4tbsp soy sauce and 1tbsp Quebec Steak Seasoning in a bowl. Add this marinade to the beef steak, turn to coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade and season the grill with oil. Grill the steaks over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Allow the steak to rest before serving.
