Simple recipe to prepare ‘Rasam’ Dish:
Cook 1 Cup Toor Dal in 3 Cups of Water, until soft, keep aside. In another pan cook 2 Cups Tamarind Juice,1 Cup Chopped Fresh Tomato, add 2Tbsp ‘Rasam Powder’,1 Tbsp Grated Coconut, 1 Tsp jaggary (Opt), Salt to taste, Bring to boil, add cooked Dal, Stir, Simmer for 10 minutes, add few pieces of sautéed fresh Curry Leaves, garnish with chopped cilantro. ‘Rasam’ is ready to serve.
