This authentic mildly spicy warm-aromatic blend of herbs & spices, and tangy tamarind, captures the bright, rich, and intensely fragrant 'Rendang', the traditional Indonesian dish of slow-cooked meat (beef or lamb). Gives a warm and aromatic flavor with a balance of spicy- sweet, savory and tangy notes. Also, can be used to season anything from roasted vegetables to French fries for additional multi-dimensional taste.

Suggested Usage- 1tbsp/lb. of meat.
