Purple Thai Jasmine Rice (Thai Fragrant Rice)

Riceberry Rice is a crossbreed with Jasmine Rice and Thai purple rice variety, creating a lighter, purple-colored grain, an antioxidant-packed nutraceutical-super food!
After cooking it retains its form, turns purplish black but takes on a soft and fluffy texture, 
and a savory, almost meaty fragrance.
Enjoyed on its own or blended with other rice. works well in salads, as a base for congee 
(a type of porridge), or in any rice-based dish.

Prep: Add a cup rice in 1.5cup water, bring to a boil 
covered, simmer 10 min, fluff, let sit 10 min, fluff.
