Red Rooibos, South African Bush Tea

Rooibos tea leaves are harvested from the South African bush plant. The leaves are bruised and oxidized to produce the red color. Red rooibos tea is packed with free-radical fighting antioxidants, naturally caffeine free, low in tannins and high in health benefits.

Rooibos tea has a distinctive deep red infusion, has naturally sweet taste & nutty.

To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (194/205ºF) over 1/2 tsp tea, steep for 5-7 min, strain & drink. Enjoy it hot or cold, sweetened or not or with /without milk or as iced tea.
