Rose hips is the fruit of a rose plant, have a tangy, fruity taste & floral aroma, makes a delightful tea. Rose hips are rich in vitamin C and flavonoids, excellent immune system booster, cleanses & strengthen blood vessels & restores stamina. Often used to treat colds, flu & vitamin C deficiencies, to reduce joint pain and stiffness.*

To Make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF) over 1/2 tsp rose hip , steep for 10/15 mins, strain & drink.
