Rouille Spice Mix (Epices Rouille)

This spice mix is to prepare ‘Rouille’ a vibrant red-hued, flavorful, thick-creamy, mildly spicy French sauce, a staple of Provençal cuisine, often served with bouillabaisse or other 
French seafood soups. Also, can be used as a spread on croutons or bread, in sauces or salads, with fried vegetables or potatoes, with chicken and other white meats.
Rouille Spice Mix powder can be added to olive oil or mayonnaise to make ‘Rouille sauce’ 
(add salt to taste).
