Rye Flour, Dark

Milled from cleaned, sound, scoured ground rye,partially sifted to remove some of the nutrient-rich bran and germ, and has more bran & germ than white rye flour. Offer a darker color, and more intense the rye flavor and the more dense rye baked goods.

Ideal for Pan and hearth-type rye breads, rye rolls and buns.
