This Spice mix is to make Sambal Olek- a fiery and flavorful Indonesian chile sauce with thick, crushed-chile texture.  Sambal Oelek can be used to add heat and body to dishes without impacting overall flavor.
Use in Indonesian cooking as a condiment. Add to fried rice and noodle dishes. Add to soups or stews for an interesting flavor.

To make a Chile Sauce:  Simply add hot water and stir to create an authentic Sambal Oelek.

Ing: Red bell pepper, vinegar powder (IP maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar), Tomato, Dried chiles, Salt, Contains 2% or less of Coconut sap sugar, Gum acacia, Xanthan gum.
