This authentic seasoning blend is added to a ground turkey, chicken, goat or lamb meat that adds flavor to your homemade sausage.
Suggested Usage: Use 1-2 tablespoons of Sausage Seasoning per pound of ground meat

Simple recipe to make homemade sausage patties: In a large bowl mix 2-3tbsp ‘Sausage seasoning’ into 2lb ground beef or lamb, add 1 large egg white and salt to taste, combine thoroughly. Cover and chill for at least 15 min. up to 4 hours, to let the flavors blend together. Make patties with this mixture into a 2 1/2-inch disk. Patties can be made at this point or set them on a cookie sheet with foil or wax paper, and refrigerated or frozen until ready to use. Add 1tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the patties for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Serve immediately with pancakes, waffles, eggs or make a sandwich inside English muffin.
