Recipe For Basic Rice:
In a large pot add 1 cup rice, 2 cups of water or stock & a pinch of salt. Bring to boil, cover reduce to simmer, & cook for 35 to 45 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Allow to rest, covered for 10 minutes. Can be used for grain bowls, salads, side dishes, main dishes, desserts.
