Scullcap/ Skullcap Herb (Scutellaria lateriflora)

Used in traditional herbal medicine and to treat anxiety and convulsions. In traditional Chinese medicine known as Huang Qin to treat diarrhea, insomnia, dysentery, high blood pressure, respiratory infections & inflammation.

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp root, cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain, add a natural sweetener to taste, and drink.
