Self Rising Flour, Bleached & Enriched

This is an ideal ingredient for fluffy biscuits, breading, gravy, pie crusts, light & tender pancakes, muffins, waffles,cookies, batters, quick breads, and pastries.

This flour is premixed all purpose flour to which salt and a leavening agent already been added-- (equal to 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder & 1/2 tsp of salt per cup of flour).

Ingredients: Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt.
