Senna Leaf (Senna alexandrina), Powder

Senna leaf Powder also called ˜Sona Mukhi', used for its laxative properties. It works by interacting with the bacteria in the digestive tract, encourage bowel movements, relieve constipation and help colon to soften stool.*

Recommended Dosage: Steep ¼-1/2tsp powder in a cup of boiling water, may add some sliced fresh ginger, cover & steep for 3-5 minutes, strain, and drink (recommended to take before bedtime) while hot. Senna leaf powder (1/4-1/2tsp- can be added to a health drink or smoothie.
