Brown Sesame seeds have natural (un-hulled) oil rich brown skinned tiny, flat oval seeds.
It have a mild crunchy firmer texture with a nutty taste, slightly bitter-sweet flavor and
aroma.
Toasting the seeds will intensify the fragrant & taste. When hulled it becomes white sesame seed.
