Shakshuka Spice Blend

This special spice blend adds authentic flavor to 'Shakshuka'. Also used to flavor rice dishes.

Recipe: Saute 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 tsp minced garlic in oil. Add 2 cups of diced eggplant and zucchini; cook until tender (10-15min). Add 1tbsp spice blend, 
add salt to taste, stir. Add 2 cups crushed tomatoes; cook until sauce thickens (3-5min). Lower heat, make 6 gaps in sauce, break eggs into each. Cover, cook 10-15 
min. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

 Ing: Sugar, Kosher salt, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, caraway, cayenne, turmeric.
