Ingredients: Blended flour and brown sugar.
To Make Soft Pretzels: Mix 1.5tsp yeast in 3/4 cup warm water, set 5min. Add into 1lb pretzel mix, knead for 5min. Cover till dough rise double in size. Punch down, form pretzels or sticks. Dip formed pretzels in solution of: 5tbsp. baking soda & 2 cups warm water, sprinkle w/pretzel salt. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake seven minutes at 450 °F.
