Spearmint Leaf (Mentha Spicata) cut & shifted

Spearmint, also simply called mint, is in the same family as peppermint but is a different species. The flavor is milder than peppermint. It enhance all sorts of meat, fish, or vegetable dishes. Spearmint tea is a popular medicinal treatment for digestive and respiratory disorders.*

To make Tea: In a warm tea pot pour a cup of hot water (175/185°F) over 1 tsp spearmint, brew for 2/3minutes, strain and drink.
