Strawberry Leaf (Fragaria Vesca)

Strawberry leaves are useful as a natural diuretic and useful for kidney and urinary tract health, will help to flush out your system. It is also believed to ease arthritis pain & treat anemia. Strawberry leaf tea makes a pleasanty fragrant vitamin C infusion.

To make tea:  Put a cup of boling water over 1-2tsp leaf, steep for 5-10 minutes, strain, may add sweetener and drink with milk or cream.
