This seasoning is great in making the famous tahini sauce, used in Middle Eastern cuisines, adding flavor and texture.Also used as an essential ingredients in in preparation of ‘Hummus Tahini’ or ‘Baba Ganoush’.

To Make Tahini Sauce:
In a Food Processor combine ½ cup Tahini mix, 2tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil, ¼ cup Lemon juice, Stir to a creamy texture of Tahini Sauce.May add some warm water if the sauce is too thick.
Toasted Sesame Seeds, Black Pepper, Citric Acid, Garlic, Sea Salt, Parsley.
