100% Pure N Zorbit Tapioca Maltodextrin is derived from tapioca starch. It is Free flowing, fine, low bulk density powder, has smooth texture and neutral flavor.

Stabilizes high-fat ingredients, dissolves completely when in contact with any aqueous medium, oil or fat, and can be transformed into with enough fat, into a melt-in-your-mouth powder.

It is an ideal fat replacer in desserts, cheese products, ice cream, dressings, and sauces.

To Make Powder from Oil: Use 80-100% weight of the oil

To Make Oil Paste: Use 30-40% weight of the oil.

For Thickening Sauces & Bulking Gels: Use 5-20%.
