Tapioca Pearls is made from raw Cassava / Tapioca roots, that are crushed in a tank and its milk/juice is extracted and stored for few days which changes its nature and turns into light paste. It is then processed dyed into mini white balls, which are dried. Mini style tapioca pearls, exact same taste and color as the larger ones.

Tapioca is often confused with ‘Sago’, which is actually the sap of the sago palm, a different species than Tapioca.
