Thai Red Jasmine Rice (Thai Fragrant Rice)

This long grain, aromatic Red Jasmine rice, is grown organically in Thailand, gives a distinctive jasmine aroma with a nutty flavor and chewy texture, when cooked. It retains the bran and germ layers, making it richer in fiber, vitamins, and minerals than white jasmine rice.
 This rice can be used in many dishes, such as stir-fries, curries, salads, or as a simple side dish. 
 Cooking : After rinsing. Add 1 cup of rice with 1.5 cup of water. Bring to boil, then simmer 
for 30 min, stir occasionally. Turn off heat till the water absorbed and cover for 10 min.
