Simple Recipe to prepare Thai style tofu: In a wok, heat 1tbsp vegetable oil on medium-high heat, add 1/2 medium diced onion, 4 diced sweet peppers, 1 parsnip peeled and diced, and 8 ounces can water chestnuts. Stir-fry until vegetables soften, about 8-10 min, keep aside in a bowl. In the same wok, heat 3bsp oil and 3tsp soy sauce on medium high, add 1-2tbsp Thai seasoning, salt to taste and 1lb pound extra-firm diced tofu. Fry tofu until golden brown, 4-6 min. per side. Add tofu to the veggie mixture. Serve on a stuff lettuce leaves and garnish with sprouts, sliced cucumber & carrots.
