South Western Ethiopian wet highlands.
After the annual harvest, this pepper is dried
in the hearth, gives characteristic smoky
peppery flavour along with its camphor and
resin notes. It has roasted herbal aroma,
warm & smooth aftertaste, poised between
sweetness & sharpness.
