Recipe to prepare Salmon Steak:
Season 4 pcs (5-6oz ea) salmon filets with 2-3tbsp ‘Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning on all sides to coat them well, and keep it for at least 30 min. Use a small amount of sesame or peanut oil (1-2 Tbsp) in a hot skillet, cook the filets skin side down for 3-5 minutes, turn salmon over and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork. Serve with lemon wedge and honey ginger glaze.
