Tomato Powder

This fine powder is made from dried sun ripe fresh tomatoes, adds orange to red color and sweet, tangy tomato flavor, when used in fresh pasta, noodle and bread dough. 
Perfect for eggs, stews, soups, sauces, juices, casseroles and even smoothies.
Mix powder into flour before adding wet ingredients, about 1/2 oz /lb flour.
Tomato powder is an excellent source of vitamin A and a good source vitamin C
 and B vitamins.
Ingredient: Spray dried tomato powder, less than 1% silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
