Sun-Dried Tomatoes are vine-ripe tomatoes, picked, sliced and sun dried to develop their full, sun-drenched rich flavor, and lightly treated with sulfite to preserve their rich red color.

No need to rehydrate these dried tomatoes, they are ready to eat, great as a condiment, or even as a colorful, flavorful garnish.
