Tongues Of Fire Bean

Tongue of Fire is the best flavored heritage bean with striking mottled skin and amber with deep burgundy flame-shaped streaks, resembles fire flames. It has a creamy texture and mild nutty flavor. When cooked, it absorbs the flavor and adds extra dimension to it. Use in side dishes,stews, casseroles, soups, cassoulet, or salads.
