Ingredients: Green tea, Safflowers, Calendula Petals, Cornflower petals with Natural and Artificial Flavors.

To Make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2 tsp tea per cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 3-5minutes. Strain and enjoy.
