4 oz During his travels to Portugal, Cole spent some time in the south and discovered some fishermen catching tuna off the Atlantic coast. We use skipjack tuna because of the large ocean stocks and because it has less mercury over time due to the smaller size. Our tuna is sustainably pole caught in the Northern Atlantic Ocean.
