Vetivert Root (Vetiveria zizanioides)

Vetivert root, also known as Vetiver or Khus Khus has a sweet pleasant scent, useful in treating headaches, inflammations and irritability of the stomach, helps to reduce body heat or fever. It is helpful in treating insomnia, anxiety and stress related disorders.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp root, cover and let steep for 2-4 minutes. Strain & add milk and a natural sweetener to taste.
