Vidanga (Embelia ribes)

Vidanga, also known as false black pepper (resembles in appearance), is one of the powerful anti-parasitic herbs of Ayurveda. It stimulate digestive fire, cure abdominal pain, flatulence. It also regulates the appetite and helps support proper weight management.*

*Vidanga Tea: Put 1sp crushed seed in 1 cup of boiling water, simmer for 5-10 minutes, strain and sweetened with honey or sugar, drink 1-2cups/ day.
