Vidarikand (Pueraria Tuberosa)

Vidarikand, also Known as Indian kudzu, acts as a general tonic to help the body's testosterone manufacture and maintenance. Promotes lactation and increases the production of milk in breasts and provides nourishment. Also used as cataplasm for swelling of joints, relieving constipation and eases bowel movement.*

Suggested Uses: Grind to a powder, and take 1tsp daily with one glass of hot milk.
