Violet Blossom Flowers (Matthiola Incana)

Violet flower buds are plucked young and dried, has natural sweet fragrance and sweet taste. As herbal tea used as respiratory remedy and lymphatic stimulant. Mostly used for sore throat, stuffy nose, coughs, hoarseness, cold, flu, help expectorates phlegm from the chest, alleviate the severity of fever, treat headaches, insomnia and improving deep sleep.*

To make Tea: Add 1-2 tsp flower / cup of boiling water, steep for 2-3 min. Strain, drink on empty stomach 2 times/day.
