WAKAME FLAKES ATLANTIC

Atlantic Wakame is a seaweed that looks &
tastes like a slippery spinch, grows quickly
during the winter months & is harvested in
mid spring to early summer from the eastern
coastal waters of North America, when it is at
its nutritional prime.
When dried wakame soaked in water or
added to soup it expands to at least
10 times its dried size.
