Wasabi Powder

Wasabi powder, a traditional Japanese condiment, add a sharp, pungent, and intense 
heat to savory dishes. 
Typically used to create paste for sashimi and sushi. Also, as a delicious addition to dips, sauces, soups and noodle dishes, roasted vegetables or nuts, salad dressing, marinades, spice blends, and even baked goods for a spicy kick and flavor.

Usage: Mix two parts Wasabi Powder to one part water. Adjust by adding more water or wasabi powder until desired consistency is achieved. Wasabi Powder has a pale green color which darkens slightly when mixed with water.
