White Willow Bark (Salix alba)

Willow bark often called “herbal aspirin”, contains a chemical called ‘salicin’ that is similar to aspirin. White willow bark tea may help reduce fevers and flu. It has the ability to relieve pain, Osteoarthritis, Lower back pain, Muscle pain, Headache.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1-2tsp bark, steep for 15-20min., strain, add honey and lemon to taste, drink 2-3 cups a day.
