Wintergreen Leaf (Gaultheria procumbens)

Wintergreen is a native North American evergreen shrub has a strong "minty" order & flavor. It contains methyl salicylate, an aspirin-like chemical, which can help to alleviate rheumatic symptoms the pain of headaches, muscle cramps, joint pain & also ease digestive problems.*

To make Tea : Steep 1 tbsp leaves in 1 cup of boiling water. Take 1 tbsp.my mouth as needed, not to exceed 1 cup in a 24 hour period.
